GEORGIA COUNTRY MUSIC HALL OF FAME SINGER - SONGWRITING SENSATION.
Bailey Dixon is an award-winning country singer, songwriter, and recording artist from the shores of Lake Seminole in Southwest Georgia whose music reflects the heart, heritage, and authenticity of traditional country storytelling.
Blending powerful vocals with deeply personal songwriting, Bailey has become one of Georgia's rising voices in country music while remaining firmly rooted in the values and community that shaped her.
In 2023, Bailey made history when she was inducted into the Georgia Country Music Hall of Fame at just 21 years of age in recognition of her accomplishments as a songwriter. Her dedication to preserving the traditions of country music has also earned her the prestigious Official Supporter designation from the North American Country Music Association International (NACMAI)—a rare honor recognizing her commitment to mentoring emerging artists and promoting the legacy of classic country music.
Bailey currently serves as Vice President of the North Carolina Country Music Association, continuing her passion for encouraging and supporting fellow musicians while helping strengthen the country music community.
Performing with her band, Bailey Dixon and The Burden of Proof, Bailey delivers an energetic blend of original music and traditional country influences that resonates with audiences of all ages.
Her growing catalog includes the acclaimed single "Off the Rails," co-written with Chad Gantt and recorded at Prescription Studios in Nashville, as well as her powerful new release "To Have and To Hold." Her highly
anticipated EP showcases fresh original material and serves as a preview of her forthcoming album, Heart of Seminole, a deeply personal project inspired by the resilience of her hometown following Hurricane Michael.
Bailey continues to captivate audiences throughout Georgia and across the South with her heartfelt live performances. She has toured as an opening act for Ronnie Call, headlined her own West Coast tour, and has become a featured performer at festivals and concert venues throughout the region.
She was selected as one of the Top Five Georgia Artists featured by the Music of America podcast and has also expanded her reach as a radio personality, co-hosting Country Pump Session on Front Row Radio alongside Jeff Tucker and Women and Wine on OTAT247.
Her passion for music began early. Bailey first took the stage at just thirteen years old through the Alabama Country Music Association. By fifteen, she was organizing and headlining her own performances at the historic Olive Theatre and Coffee Grounds in Donalsonville. She also became the inaugural winner of Seminole's Got Talent, a milestone that helped launch a career defined by determination, authenticity, and a genuine love for country music.
Despite her growing success, Bailey remains deeply connected to her roots in Seminole County. Much of her songwriting is inspired by the people, places, and experiences of small-town Georgia, and she is passionate about encouraging the next generation of artists. Her message to young musicians reflects her own journey: "Stay in school, but acknowledge the path that teaches you the most about yourself may be the one less traveled."
Whether performing on festival stages, writing songs that tell real-life stories, mentoring aspiring musicians, or representing the future of traditional country music, Bailey Dixon continues to build a career founded on authenticity, faith, perseverance, and a heartfelt love for the music that has always been home.
